Profile of Engr. Ajani Saheed Alani (Executive)

Ajani Saheed Alani popularly known as ‘EXECUTIVE‘ was born on the 21st of April in the early ‘80s. Ajani Saheed is the fourth Child of Mr. and Mrs. Ajani at Ago-Ogunrinde Compound of Iwo, Osun State. His Mother hails from Alaja’s Compound of Aamin and his father is from Ile-Omosan both from Iwo.

Engr. Saheed Alani started his academic pursuit at DC School Jagun – Ode before proceeding to United Methodist Grammar School, Iwo where he wrote his SSCE. Upon completion of his O’Level, he continued his academic career by proceeding to Osun State College of Technology, Esa Oke where he studied Computer Science and badged his National Diploma Certificate in 2007.

Ajani Saheed later enrolled in three years part-time course for his Higher National Diploma in Software Engineering between 2012 to 2015 at Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH, now LASUTECH).

Being a man given to responsibility, he started his ordering and seeing to academic excellence and preferences of his colleagues when he served as a Course Rep. for one of the key departmental courses during his Ordinary National Diploma at Osun State College of Technology, Esa Oke, therein working and seeing to effective schedule of classes and maintaining Lecturer – Student relationship.

In pursuit of his career, immediately after his OND Program in Esa-Oke, Ajani Saheed A. EXECUTIVE enrolled in a 6-month training course at a Centre for Advance Learning in Iree for Practical Knowledge in Programming Language between 2007 to 2008 after which he left for Lagos to pursue a career in his relevant field of knowledge.

Later in 2008, he started working with NETWORK APPLYING, an organization that deals with the Installation of Bank Servers and Networking, based in Lagos for One Year after which he left for the National Cash Register (NCR) in 2010 where he worked as a Field Engineer engaging in both Software and Hardware installations of ATMs before becoming Ogun State Team Leader for the Organization, he worked with NCR till around sometime in 2015, it was during this period that he did his HND at LASPOTECH.

Leaving NCR, he started working as the Technical Team Leader on NCR ATM at Altaviz support limited, Victoria Island, Lagos State between 2016 to 2019.

He has participated in diverse leadership and proficiency skills and programs where he gained experiences of knowledge as a team leader in line with his career, some of which have landed him outside Nigeria.

Being a focused and dedicated personality, he has been honored with many awards among which was the Best Engineer of the Year at NCR, many others were honored as a reference for his service to Humanity, Community Service, and Significant Contributions to the progress of the Society.

Ajani Saheed was named EXECUTIVE as a nickname and epithet in 2012 after he opened a bar/lounge at Odo-Ori Market then, being an open bar which was opened to boost the economic structure of the then-growing Iwo, and the feature of executive touch the bar was known.

He started his political career fully as a partisan and stalwart loyalist to the party a few years back and has been contributing effectively to the progress of the party, personality development, and community building since then.

Today, he is the leading candidate and the prospective Chairman of Iwo East Olomowewe LCDA where he makes plans to continuously divulge his progressive participation in the development of Iwoland, through personality development, community service, and investing greatly in the academic welfare of the member of our community.

He is Happily Married and Blessed with Glorious Children.
