As a concerned and engaged member of the Ayedire/Iwo/Olaoluwa Federal Constituency, I am writing to express my thoughts and suggestions regarding the nomination of projects that will significantly contribute to the development and transformation of our constituency.
In these rapidly changing times, it is crucial that we focus our efforts on initiatives that create sustainable growth, empower our youth, and build a foundation for a prosperous future in Ayedire/Iwo/Olaoluwa Federal Constituency.

I commend your dedication as our elected member House of Representatives representing the good people of Ayedire/Iwo/Olaoluwa Federal Constituency to the betterment of our community and hope that these suggestions align with your vision for our constituency’s growth and development.
Our rural areas play a pivotal role in the overall development of our constituency. To rejuvenate and transform these areas, I propose the initiation of projects that focus on the revival and transformation of rural areas.
These projects could include infrastructural improvements, access to clean water and enhanced healthcare services, modernizing agricultural practices, and promoting local farmers. By addressing the unique needs of our rural communities, we can create sustainable growth and enhance the quality of life for our constituents.

In addition, building human capital through skill acquisition is key to unlocking our constituency’s potential. I strongly advocate for a shift away from conventional empowerment programs, such as providing Okadas to youths.
Instead, let’s focus on accelerating skills acquisition in fields that have a lasting impact, such as Coding, Data Science, Data Analytics, UX/UI Design, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Digital Journalism, Project Management, Cybersecurity, etc. By empowering our youth with these skills, we empower them to thrive in the modern job market and contribute meaningfully to our economy.

With this in mind, I recommend the establishment of an ICT hub/hall within our constituency. This hub would serve as a hub of learning and innovation, offering training, workshops, and providing access to modern technology and resources to individuals of all ages. It would facilitate skill development and promote technological literacy, bridging the digital divide that often hampers rural communities. Such an initiative not only enhances employability but also fosters innovation and entrepreneurship within our community.
To support entrepreneurship and business growth, I propose the establishment of a platform dedicated to nurturing entrepreneurs within our constituency. This platform would offer mentorship, training, and access to funding resources, empowering local businesses to thrive and contribute to the economic development of our area.

Furthermore, I suggest the creation of a platform to program educational initiatives within our constituency. This platform could include initiatives such as providing free JAMB forms for exceptional students, organizing debates and quizzes to foster critical thinking, offering free WAEC forms, and providing scholarships to deserving students. These efforts would ensure that education remains accessible and inclusive, enabling all members of our community to pursue their dreams.
Central to the success of these projects is the active involvement of our youth. I urge you to actively involve young people in project planning and implementation, as their perspectives, creativity and insights are invaluable for creating initiatives that can shape the direction of our constituency’s development.
