Alhaji Chief Lukman Kayode Mudashiru was born to the family of Alhaji Iyanda Mudashiru from Pongbala Compound, Molete quarters, Iwo, Iwo Local Government Area of Osun State on 28th July 1969. He is a politician, a real estate surveyor and also a developer.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Lukman Kayode attended Baptist Day school Oke-odo Iwo, Osun state where he obtained his first leaving school certificate in 1981.
He proceeded to Baptist Grammar School Iwo, Osun state where he obtained a senior secondary school certificate.
He later moved to the northern region of the country for a higher educational pursuit at The Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa where he studied Estate management and Obtained his Higher National Diploma in 2003.

In pursuit of academic excellence, he furthered his studies at the Kwara state university (KWASU) where he had his BSc (Hons) in public Administration. He was exempted from National Youths Service Corps.

L&K as popularly called is innovative, diligent, confident, analytical, passionate and honest. Lukman Kayode is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Estate Surveyor and Valuer. Alhaji Lukman is also a member of the Real Estate Developer Association of Nigeria.
He has executed numerous projects successfully as a real estate developer. He has made a voyage in the industry with a class of touch. Lukman Kayode is a man whose efficiency, knowledge and professionalism have become a standard in the industry.

L&K founded his personal firm L&J Global properties investment ltd in 2010.

He had partnered with many other successful estate developers in the field of estate development both at home and abroad.

He is a philanthropist, manager, leader and astute politician who devotes all his time to people’s welfare. In the light of his great achievements, he was bestowed with the chieftaincy title of Aare Atunluse of Iwoland by his late Royal Majesty Oluwo of Iwo Oba Ashiru Olatunbosun Tadese.
Due to his philanthropic nature which extended even beyond his hometown. He was also bestowed with another chieftaincy title of Oluomo of Ilobu land bu Olobu of Ilobu, His Royal Majesty Oba Ashiru Olaniyan Olatoye
