ENGINEER ORIOLOWO: THE ENGINE ROOM OF THE ENGINEERING
Engineer Oriolowo is a thoroughly upright man, well-educated, schooled both within and outside the shore of Africa. He is an alumnus of the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife.
He is an International Development Project Manager certificated by Setym International Incorporation and the University of QUEBEC, Montreal Canada.
Oriolowo is a force in the engineering field, a fellow of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE). He is an Associate Member of Nigerian Institute of Institute of Chartered Arbitrators. Oriolowo bagged his COREN from the Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria since 2003.
He is a certified member of many professional bodies such as; The Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria (ISMN), Nigeria Institute of Agricultural Engineers (MNIAE) and Nigeria Institute of Management (MINIM).
Oriolowo hails from Oriolowo`s compound, Molete in Iwo Local Government, Osun State.
He started his elementary education at Baptist Day School (Iwo) between 1964 and 1970.
He obtained his Senior School Certificate from Baptist High School, Adeke, Iwo in 1975.

He was a Mechanical Engineering student at The Polytechnic, Ibadan for his National Diploma between 1976 and 1978. He bagged his B.Sc in Agricultural Engineering from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University in 1984.
His outstanding professional prowess has catapulted him to participate in many managerial and career workshops/seminars both within and outside the country.
He is widely traveled. He was in New York precisely the USA in 2017 for a workshop on Executive Leadership Skills, Emotional Intelligence and Conflict Management organized by 7 Pinnacles T & C Limited.
Oriolowo participated in a leadership seminar organized by International Law Institute in 2016 at Washinton D.C, USA and Boston in 2015 for a different workshop staged by Setym International.
He was on a career visit to the University of Birmingham (United Kingdom) to attend an Executive Training of Senior Road Executives Programme on-road sector reforms, road financing, road safety, and road maintenance.

Engineer Oriolowo also attended a training on Procurement Procedures for the World Bank Aided Projects in 2010 held at Bella Vista in India. Other overseas training attended were: International Seminar on Road Asset Management held at Chandigarh in India Governance Mid-Term Expenditure Framework, New Public Management, and Contract Management and Disbursement Monitoring organized by Setym held at Kualar Lumpur, Malaysia in 2011.
He has also attended a workshop in France, the United Kingdom, Bet Daga and Tel Aviv both in Isreal. Also, training on Agricultural Engineering relating to Tractor Services and Field Applications organized by International Farm Machinery Training Centre in 1986.
Oriolowo is an old hand in the engineering profession. He has been honoured abroad and needs to be compensated with the accolade at home.
Oriolowo has equally attended countless seminars in Nigeria organized by professional bodies such as: Nigeria Institution of Structural Engineers (Abuja), Federal Department of Agriculture (Abuja).

Paulson in Lagos, Laranod Ventures held in Osogbo, Tokun/National RAMP held in Kaduna, the State of Osun Ministry of Human Resources held in Osogbo, Kwara Agricultural Development held in Ilorin, OSSADEP and Messr Ilori Ifederu & Associates held at Iwo, the Polytechnic Vocational Skills Improvement Unit held at Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State and participated in many other On Shore seminars.
His official engagement commenced at Nigeria Bottling Company Limited in Nigeria as Mechanical Supervisor of machine maintenance, repair and brands of soft drink production between 1978 and 1970.
He worked as Maintenance Officer/Lecturer at Oyo State College of Education, Baptist Campus College, Iwo while serving his fatherland in 1984/85. Immediately after his service year, he was employed as Agricultural Engineer/Tractor Hiring Manager of Oyo North Agriculture Development Project, a World Bank assisted initiative. Oriolowo held the unit from 1986 to 1989.
Engineer Oriolowo was the Executive Agro Processor of Oyo State Development Programme for a year before his appointment as the Principal Irrigation Engineer (FADAMA Coordinator) in Iwo, Osun State between 1991 and 1992 for Osun State Agricultural Development Programme.

He rose to become the Assistant Director/Director between 1994 and 2007.
He garnered many international project experiences over the years. Engineer Oriolowo was the Project Coordinator of Osun State Rural Access and Mobility Project (RAMP) from 2007 to 2013 from where he rose to the rank of Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Water Resources, Rural Development and Community Affairs in 2013.
He retired in 2016.
Engineer Oriolowo Adelere Adeyemi, the O-RAMP Coordinator in the State of Osun.
His name seems naturally responsible for his rare charisma and economic status.
Oriolowo is the Project Coordinator of Osun RAMP till date.
