Oba Adekunle Oyelude is the first child of the family. His great grandfather, Tegbosun, was the first Olowu (Tegbosun I). His grandfather, Oyelude, became the Tegbosun II and Oba Adekunle Oyelude Makama became the Tegbosun III.
His Royal Majesty, Kabiesi Olowu of Owu Kuta, Oba Adekunle Oyelude Makama speaks Hausa fluently. His royal majesty spent most of his younger days in the northern part of this country.
