“Fishers of men” was a phrase used in the gospels to describe the mandate given by Jesus to his first disciples.
Two brother fishermen, Simon called Peter and Andrew, were casting a net into the Sea of Galilee. As Jesus commenced his preaching ministry, He called them to follow Him and told them that in doing so they were to become “fishers of men”.
Your Excellency, Governor Adegboyega Oyetola, you started good governance over 2 years and you have dished out nets for myriads to fish in all the LGAs in Osun, it’s high time for “fishers of men” to take over all the LGAs in the state.

No political achievement beyond genuine defection of the opposition members in the grassroots. But members of the opposition parties can only join the ruling party when the anchor head of the grassroots is performing.
How can I be an Executive Chairman of a Local Government for good 3 years without any genuine records of decampees aside from the ADP and SDP?
However, for those who may misunderstand me, if my state is going to conduct a Local Government election tomorrow, all the immediate past Chairmen are eminently qualified to contest as their constitutional right but if the state is going by the appointment of Caretakers, it’s not progressive enough to appoint immediate Ex-Executive Chairmen as Caretaker.

I have received calls from unexpected progressive leaders and genuine party men of the progressive family in Osun, nobody should be astonished, they are all thanking and praying for me for dishing out progressive advice. In fact, my inbox is full of accolades.
Many APC loyalists in Osun are pregnant with this fact but the ability to give birth to the pregnancy in the public is a headache.
The opposition party men stand akimbo, waiting for my Governor to fall but as the promise of God never fails, Governor Adegboyega Oyetola will not fall.

I am not standing against anybody’s aspiration but any aspiration that will jeopardize an existing progressive system must be jettison.
Many of the outgone Chairmen, served as “Caretaker Chairmen” for 9months before they were elected and sworn-in as “Executive Chairmen” of their respective LGA. So, it will be ridiculous and unreasonable for such people to come back again as Caretaker Chairmen at the detriment of over 300,000 party faithfuls who are also committed to the party’s victory in all elections.
