Yesterday, 28th of June 2024, the atmosphere at Oluwo Central Mosque was filled with joy as the Oluwo of Iwoland and his beautiful Queen, Alhaja Firdaus Akanbi, participated in their first Jumaat service following their return from the 2024 Hajj pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia.
The atmosphere was electric with excitement as thousands of well-wishers joined the royal couple for a special Thanksgiving session.

The turnout was a testament to the deep affection and support the good people of Iwoland hold for the Oluwo of Iwoland; Alhaji AbdulRosheed Adewale Akanbi and Alhaja Firdaus Akanbi.
Oluwo expressed his gratitude to the gathered crowd, acknowledging their love and steadfast support.
Oba Adewale Akanbi said: “I acknowledge your love and unwavering support. Be assured, I will continue to serve you more and better.”
