Oluwo Commends Contractor for Speedy Progress on Olodo Bridge Reconstruction

The Oluwo of Iwoland, Oba AbdulRosheed Adewale Akanbi, praised the efforts of Engr. Lanre Adeleke’s construction firm, Peculiar Ultimate Concern Ltd, for their swift work on the Olodo bridge reconstruction project in Ibadan, Oyo State.

The bridge, crucial for facilitating commerce between Oyo and Osun States, is set to see one phase completed by the end of March 2024, according to the contractor.

During a brief stopover at the construction site, Oba Akanbi expressed satisfaction with the quality of work being done, emphasizing the significance of the bridge for easing traffic and boosting economic activities between the two states.

He urged commuters to remain patient as the project nears completion, highlighting the long-term benefits it will bring to the region.
