Iwo Board of Trustees (IBOT), in collaboration with the Oluwo, is the apex decision-making body in Iwo. The inaugurated IBOT is the 3rd in history. The first IBOT was led by the late Bayo Aremu. He was succeeded by the Eketa of Iwoland, Dr. Oluremi Atanda OFR.
The inauguration which took place at Oluwo’s palace square on Sunday; July 24, 2022 was attended by prominent sons and daughters of Iwoland.
The new IBOT members were drawn from professionals cutting across all walks of life.
Addressing the new members, Oluwo called for a digital approach to community service in tandem with his traditional perspective.
