The former FILSU president, Abeeb Muyiwa AbdulAmeed popularly known as “Balogun Jorjor” has been nominated as the honourable representing Osun West Senatorial District at the Southern Youth Assembly of Nigeria.
Abeeb Muyiwa hails from Fojugbagi’s Compound of Isale Oba 3 in Iwo East LCDA, Olomowewe. He was the former Federation of Iwoland Students’ Union (FILSU) President in 2018.
The nomination of Balogun jorjor at the Southern Youth Assembly of Nigeria (SYAN) was made known by Head of media team for Eldorado, Ridhwan Opeyemi Abdulghaniy. In his message, he congratulated him and believed commitment earned Abeeb Muyiwa the position.

The Southern Youth Assembly of Nigeria (SYAN) is a devoted team of youthful southern activists committed to building a peaceful, equitable and sustainable southern states and Nigeria as a whole.
Without a doubt, it is a big win for the people of Iwoland especially the youths. As a Students’ Union President, Abeeb Muyiwa contributed directly to the students’ purpose in several areas and indirectly to the community through various agitations and people’s welfare-minded programs.

He contributed in a little way to the growth of Iwoland through several platforms. Among them are; the Iwoland Students’ body, Iwoland Development Coalition (IDC), Iwoland Action Council (IWAC) and other actionary bodies in Iwoland.
On the June 28, 2020 Balogun jorjor declared his interest to represent Isale Oba 3, the most populous ward in Iwo Local Government. Though the wish to represent his people at the council level could not be achieved, however, a big win that he has been nominated as the honourable member to represent Osun West Senatorial District at the Southern Youth Assembly of Nigeria.
