Oluwo enjoined every patriot of the state to cooperate with governor Ademola to ensure Osun’s continuous greatness in the face of global economic hardship.

Oba Adewale also uses the medium to pray for governor Ademola Adeleke that may God grant him divine wisdom and understanding to pilot Osun state in good health.
Senator Adeleke of the People’s Democratic Party defeated Oyetola, the standard bearer of the All Progressive Congress (APC), at Osun’s governorship election which was held in July.
Records show the total votes recorded by the Independent Electoral Commission, the PDP won 17 of the 30 Local Government Areas of the state, while the APC won the remaining 13.

Ademola Adeleke was returned elected by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) after polling 403,371 votes, to defeat his closest rival and incumbent governor, Governor Adegboyega Oyetola, who scored 375,027 votes.
It was a peaceful and credible election, though with some vote-buying incidents. Many stakeholders hailed the performance of INEC as an improvement from the previous election.
The candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ademola Adeleke, was on Sunday; July 17, 2022 declared the winner of the Osun State governorship election and will be inaugurated today; November 27, 2022 as the governor of Osun State.
