An Islamic Organization, the Jamaat Taawunil Muslimeen has distributed Food items to Muslim brethren in Iwo local government as Ramadan 2023 begins worldwide.
As Muslims across the globe mark the beginning of the 2023 Ramadan, the Jamaat Taawunil Muslimeen, a humanitarian, and socio-political Islamic movement yesterday put a smile on the faces of hundreds of Muslims.
According to the Ameer of the organisation, Sheikh Daood Imran Molaasan, the food items were shared to Muslims to ease the pains which the naira scarcity and cashless policy have caused.

Sheikh Daood Imran Molaasan, the Ameer of the organization who is also the grand Mufti of Yorubaland, Edo, and Delta, also made it known that four thousand widows would be provided with cash and foodstuff, and orphans with wears to mark the 30th anniversary of the organization.
The Ameer also wants Muslims to have relief during this period of Ramadan from economic hardship in the country. He said it is essential to help Muslims participate fully in the 30 days fasting and prayers in the holy month of Ramadan.
