A few days ago, the newly appointed Governing Council members of the Federal College of Education, Iwo, paid a courtesy visit to the Oluwo of Iwoland in his palace.
The visit was part of the Council’s efforts to familiarize themselves with the ancient city of Iwo and strengthen the ongoing relationship between the college and the people of Iwoland.

During the meeting, the Oluwo of Iwoland, Ọba AbdulRosheed Adéwálé Akanbi assured the Board members and the management of the college of his support.
Oluwo emphasized the importance of maintaining the strong relationship between the institution and the good people of Iwoland, pledging his encouragement and cooperation for the betterment of both the college and the city.
