Aside from not associating partners with God, one other acute decision of OLUWO of Iwoland heralding his enthronement was to protect his people’s right to ownership of their lands. He pledged not to acquire or unjustly lord himself over their lands and other personal property.

While facilitating any developmental projects to his domain, Telu is smart and intelligent. He would announce free land as a comparative advantage over other competitive cities. His technique is, he would never lord himself. He would invite the family he settled on the land.
