In recognition of his contributions to the Fuji music genre, Alhaji Tunde Atanda, popularly known as Fadaka, was honoured with an honorary award by the Association of Professional Drummers of Nigeria (APDON), Osun State Chapter.
The award was presented to Fadaka on July 25, 2024, in an acknowledgment of his exceptional talent and influence in the music industry.

Upon receiving the award, Fadaka expressed his gratitude, stating, “I am deeply humbled and grateful to receive this prestigious award.”
This honour further solidifies the Iwo-born Fuji star, Alhaji Tunde Atanda Fadaka’s status as one of Iwo’s most celebrated musical icons.
