FILSU OAU Lauds As-Sulton Governance; Uphold Firm Loyalty


The president of the Federation of Iwoland student’s Union OAU chapter made it known at the level of today’s Congress of the noble institution (Obafemi Awolowo University) the good works of the National President towards the betterment of the union.

The National President has been a core active member of the chapter and an erstwhile Filsu OAU PRO in the person of Comr. As-Sulton. Today, in his country institution, made it an inception the promise made towards enhancing the publicity and general awareness of all FILSU chapters by providing a sizeable and durable (5by3 flex banner) across every institution that engages in Filsu activities.

The entire FILSU OAU congregation applauded this move and promised more noteworthy support for the As-Sulton led administration.

On the final note of Mr. President, he stated all the mouth-watering programs and projects been executed by the National headquarter ranging from the;

  • February 3rd colloquium
  • Provision of chairs to the Secretariat
  • Repaint, repair, and rebrand of union bus
  • FILSU Health tech et National free health program
  • International women’s day program
  • Monthly physical fitness exercise/ Aerobics
  • Initiation of deep sunk well at the union secretariat.
  • All these, executed within the range of 5 months in office.

As-Sulton further stated this latest initiation is not bound to be executed in Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) alone. However,  every tertiary institution that engages in all FILSU activities.
