Babalaje Law School Scholarship: Oluwo Presents N500,000 to Outstanding Ileogbo-born, Adisa Basirat

The Oluwo of Iwoland, Oba AbdulRosheed Adewale Akanbi, extended a gesture of academic support by presenting a cheque of N500,000 to Miss Adisa Basirat Ifeoluwa, a distinguished law school student.

Basirat, a proud native of the Alaran compound in Ileogbo, Iwoland, was selected for the scholarship after gaining admission to the Nigerian Law School. Basirat is also a Law graduate of the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.

This significant contribution is part of the annual scholarship program initiated three years ago by Chief Ismaila Toyin Kudaisi, who assumed the title of Babalaje of Iwo. The Babalaje Law School Scholarship aims to recognize and support exceptional students pursuing a legal education.
