Senator Oriolowo’s Mother, Alhaji Liad Tella, Alhaji Debo Badru, others to be Conferred Islamic Titles

The league of Imam and Alfa’s in Iwoland is set to conferred honorary Islamic titles on some prominent sons and daughters of Iwoland.
Among the privileged few to be turbaned different Islamic titles is the mother of Senator Oriolowo, Alhaja Samirat Abidemi Oriolowo as “Iya Sunna of Iwoland”, others are; Alhaji Liad Tella as “Asiwaju Musulumi of Iwoland.”
Alhaji Liad Tella is a former editor of the defunct Concord newspaper and a former member of National Hajj Commission.
Other prominent people to be turbaned are, Alhaji Jire Ayinla as “Aare Musulumi of Iwoland” and Alhaji Gbadebo Badru as “Mayegun Musulumi of Iwoland.”
Alhaji Debo Badru is a prominent politician, a Special Adviser in the immediate past administration in the state and a scion of the late great Islamic scholar from Iwoland, Sheikh Muhaliy Badrudeen founder of the prominent Islamic school “Ile-Keu Amin.”

The turbaning ceremony will be coming up on Saturday 12 of October at the Oluwo Palace Square by 10am.
The ceremony will be held under the Royal leadership of Oluwo of Iwoland, Oba(Dr) Abdulrasheed Adewale Akanbi with Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu expected to be the Chairman of the day.
The Governor of the state, His Excellency Gboyega Oyetola will be the father of the day while the Honourable Minister of Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola is expected to be the Special Guest of Honourable for the day.
