In an event marked by honour and recognition, the Royal Families in Saudi Arabia welcomed the Oluwo in a grand reception held in the holy city of Makkah.

Among the attendees were prominent Islamic scholars from Iwoland, including Dr. Sirajudeen Al-Asrau Bilal and Dr. Dawood AbdulBaaqi, among others.
Ọba (Dr) AbdulRọsheed Adéwálé Akanbi, accompanied by Queen Firdaus (HRH), is currently in Makkah to perform the sacred pilgrimage of Hajj.
