A charitable organization, the Ambassadors of Iwoland, distributes food relief package to windows in Iwo. This exercise was done in collaboration with the Councillor of Molete 3, Hon Mutaleeb Wakeel.
In a statement released by the NGO, they believe it is essential to help those who are in need and also call on wealthy individuals to extend their kindness to people at this crucial period.
The statement released on their Facebook page of Ambassadors of Iwo reads as thus;
“The Ambassador of Iwoland yesterday went out to distribute relief packages to widows in Iwoland. We believe it is important to extend our kind gestures to those who are in need at this crucial period.”
“In collaboration with the Hon Mutaleeb Wakeel, the Councilor Molete Ward 3, we were able to deliver relief package to nothing less than 40 widows. Though the number of widows we received outnumbered the foodstuffs relief package.”

“Today, our train will move to Ayedire Local Government to distribute relief packages to widows.”
“We call on everybody to please for humanity sake assist to reach more widows and other categories of people that could find it difficult to survive the lockdown to donate any token to this course.”
