The Wazeer of Yorubaland, Sheikh Yahqub Muhammad Baaqi, has cast his vote in his polling unit in Iwo Local Government in the ongoing Osun State House of Assembly election.
The Osun State House of Assembly (OSHA) is held today; 18th of March, 2023 at various units in Iwo Local Government. An election that has three solid candidates from three political parties.

The candidates are; Adesina Rabiu Atanda (ARA) representing Peoples’ Democratic Party PDP on the ballot paper, while Hon. Tunde Akinwola Akinlawon represents Action Peoples’ Congress (APC) and Engr. Adelaja Kasali Nurudeen is the candiate of Action Democratic Party (ADP).
The renowned Islamic scholar prayed to Almighty Allah to bless Iwo Local Government with a good leader that will be profitable and represent the constituency well.
