While speaking on the appropriateness of the Institute and its preferred location, Comrade Saheed analyzed that Reality Radiovision Services, which is now almost moribund, is an edifice worth over ₦4 billion as at the time of its construction and take off between 1983-1997. It is a huge investment by the defunct Oyo State Governor, Late Chief Bola Ige which has not been effectively utilized to date.

Continuing his argument, the FILSU’S Global President spoken that the proposed Institute, when established, will be a critical centre of manpower production and job creation for Nigerians, particularly the youths, to compete in the continuously intricate cyber world, thus solidifying the country’s digital economic drive.
