The office of the National Association of Nigerian Colleges of Education Students (NANCES) has appointed Atanda Abeeb Lakwize popularly known as ‘Lakwize’ as the National Director of Media and Publicity.
The announcement was made on Thursday, May 2nd, 2024, in an official memo issued by the office of the NANCES’ National President, Amb. Comr. Eegunjobi Samuel.
Comr. Samuel emphasized that Abeeb’s appointment reflects his dedication, leadership, and commitment to the student community.

Hailing from Iwo, Atanda Abeeb brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having previously served as a media aide to Hon. Uzamot Alil Dodo, who represented Iwo State Constituency at the Osun State House of Assembly from 2019 to 2023.
Notably, Atanda Abeeb has also been a key media figure for several presidents of the Federation of Iwoland Students’ Union (FILSU) at the National Headquarters.
