Ile-Ogbo born Rofiat Imuran was a standout in the game, delivering an exceptional performance at left-back. Her defensive skills were on full display, stopping Venezuela’s attacks and ensuring Nigeria’s clean sheet.

Rofiat Imuran also came close to scoring with a powerful left-footed shot in the 67th minute, but the keeper denied her.
With goals from Okwuchukwu, Igbokwe and a stunning team effort, the Falconets finished the group stage strong and are now advancing to the round of 16.
