Oluwo of Iwoland, Oba Abdulrosheed Adewale Akanbi, has expressed readiness to paint houses on roadside in Iwo.
Oba Akanbi hinted the need for uniformed beautification informed his decision to embark of roadside houses painting across the ancient city of Iwo.
The monarch further disclosed reintroduction of monthly sanitation to keep the city clean and maintain environmental standard.
He revealed only the front of every house at both sides of major roads in Iwo will be face-lifted.
Oluwo said white paint is to be applied to beautify the city. Flowers will also be donated for adornment.

All roadside houses owners from Ibadan express way to Osogbo express way, Odo-Ori, Oyo road to Gbongan roads are enjoined to come to the palace by 12noon on Thursday, 3rd September, 2020 to have their paints for their respective house painting.
The major idea was to beautiful the town.
All painters in Iwo are equally enjoined to come show up by 12noon same day.
