The man in blue is from Iwo. He is suffering from an unsteady gait. He can walk but can’t stand. He, alongside some religious clerics, visited the palace for a meeting with Oluwo.
Shortly after the meeting, they took group pictures. Oluwo noticed his weakness. He could not stand to match others. Oluwo moved closer to him and sat down to take pictures with him.
