The Olu of IleOgbo, Ọba Abeeb Adetoyese Agbaje Arowookunjoye II, led a grand royal delegation to grace the wedding reception of Aminat Olasunmbo Falola, the beloved daughter of Honourable Justice Olajide Falola.
The joyous event took place at the luxurious Imperial Hall, Ebunola, Osogbo, and was attended by high-profile personalities, including renowned philanthropist and politician, Dr. Akin Ogunbiyi.

As part of the 2024 Iwo Day celebrations, Ọba Abeeb Adetoyese expressed heartfelt gratitude to God for the impactful reign of His Imperial Majesty, Ọba AbdulRosheed Adewale Akanbi Telu I, the Oluwo of Iwoland.
He commended Oba Akanbi’s visionary leadership, which has brought global recognition to Iwo. Ọba Adetoyese also extended prayers for continued peace, unity, and progress among the people of Iwo.
In a heartwarming gesture of support for Iwo’s development, Dr. Akin Ogunbiyi donated ₦200,000 on behalf of Oba Abeeb Adetoyese and an additional ₦2,000,000 as his personal contribution.

Speaking at the event, Dr. Ogunbiyi conveyed his admiration for the vibrant spirit of Iwo’s sons and daughters, celebrating their collective achievements and unity.
Earlier in the day, Ọba Abeeb Adetoyese visited Ileogbo City Hall, where he joined the family of Alhaji and Alhaja Adeleke to commemorate the lives of Alhaja Adeleke’s late parents. The monarch offered prayers for the repose of their souls and shared in the family’s celebration.
