The Khalifa of Baaqi dynasty in Iwo, Sheik Muslim Uzeni Mukadam Akinola and president of Isokan Musulumi of Iwoland, Sheik Abdulrosheed Fasasi lead a delegation to pay a solidarity visit to Oluwo of Iwoland. These respected Islamic Scholars in Iwo visited Oluwo to let him know they are solidly behind him.
The Chief Imam of Islaudeen Missionary Central Mosque of Nigeria, Sheik Muslim Uzeni Mukadam Akinola and Sheik Abdulrosheed Fasasi who were the august visitors at the Palace of Oluwo say they did not only come to show their support but also to play an advisory role as they know no human is perfect.

The scholars declare their utmost love for Oba Akanbi as the king represents the people of Iwoland. The Scholars said they will be closer to the palace than before to advise Oba Akanbi.
While speaking, Oba Akanbi said: “Religious clerics are emissaries of God on earth. They are sent to tell the truth no matter whose horse is gored. As such, a God-chosen one must note, mark and respect their words most especially the calibre of the Khalifa of Baaqi’s dynasty in Iwo and Isokan Musulumi of Iwoland.”

According to Scholars in Iwo: “We came to register our loyalty to the palace of Oluwo. As Islamic clerics, we acknowledged the fact that no human is perfect. As such, we love Oluwo and we are with him. He represents us and we are solidly behind him.”
“As usual, we came to play our advisory role. Henceforth, you will see us frequently in the palace. We see the shines and power of God in you. We will be more closer to you than before to play our advisory role”
“Kabiesi, our words are God sent. While we urge you to see to them, we equally pray for continuous guidance, protection, pure direction and prosperity”
According to Oluwo: “Babas, the messages in your words are noted. Be assured I will take to them. Once again, I appreciate your pieces of advice”.
