Abeeb Muyiwa disclosed that the beneficiaries were selected from Iwo, Ayedire and Ola-oluwa local governments without bias, stressing that education remains the best legacy anyone can give.

Abeeb Muyiwa stated that the DTASS has only one aim which is to ensure that all students can afford education and also added that the best three-preforming JAMB students would be awarded scholarships to study in tertiary institutions.

Against the earlier resolve to choose the best three participants, there’s a special consideration for the physically challenged participant which is a reason to increase the number of the beneficiary to four.

So, the analysis of the process is stated below:

  • 153 applications were received.
  • The selection of 90 students was made, solely for the free tutorial.
  • Free UTME forms for 50 students that distinguish themselves from others.
  • And tuition/full academy scholarship has been awarded to the best four-preforming JAMB students.
